This BASIC 45/50 hour modular JAR SEP-IR course is for holders of a JAR PPL or CPL who wish to obtain a Single Engine Instrument Rating.
Entry Requirements
• Hold a current JAR PPL or CPL • Have passed the theoretical knowledge examinations for IR(A) or ATPL(A) in any JAA member state • Be fluent in the English language • Hold a JAR Class I Medical Certificate, or Class II Medical Certificate with Class I audiogram testing for holders of a JAR PPL • Have at least 50 hours experience cross country
Course Syllabus
10 Hours basic simulator training, if required
40 Hours single engine CESSNA 172 (45 hours for holders of a PPL licence)
5 Hours single engine CESSNA 172RG or BEECHECRAFT BONANZA
Up to 2 hours CESSNA 172RG or BEECHCRAFT BONANZA - Flight Skills Test
Course duration: 2-3 weeks
The price includes: Course fee, flight skills test fee, all landing and approach charges, up to 2 hours use of the aircraft for the flight skills test, Spanish course approval fee, and VAT.
The price DOES NOT include: Accommodation and transport to and from the airport.
