Course PricesPlease note that all Fast Track course prices are subject to the course being completed in the minimum hours. Any additional hours required to complete a course will be charged at the prevailing hourly rate in force at the time. Course prices include fuel and base landing fees. Prices do NOT include Medical Tests, Skills Test fee, Radio Practical Test fee or away landing/approach fees. Prices for these will be made available on request. Prices quoted on this website are accurate as of April 6th 2011. PaymentThe Great Circle operates a "Pay as you Fly" policy, so you never have to pay for an entire course up front. It should be noted however, that due to the intensive nature of our Fast Track courses, you will be flying a lot and it may be more convenient to pay in 10 hour blocks or even for half the course in advance. The choice is yours. Refunds will only be considered subject to a minimum cancellation period of 14 days. A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure any Fast Track flight training program. Your deposit will be credited towards your final hour of flight training. Due to the rise in fuel costs, The Great Circle reserves the right to amend course prices without prior notice to any third parties. We will, however, honour the prices quoted on this website at the time of booking. Payment for courses can be made by Bank transfer, Cash, Cheque, Credit or Debit card. * Cheques must be cleared prior to commencing any training with The Great Circle. * Credit card payments will incur an additional 2.8% charge. * We do not offer credit facilities. Course Completion TimesAll published prices on this web site assume that the course will be completed in the minimum hours stated in the course descriptions. Experience has shown us that Fast Track courses invariably lead to people completing their course in minimum hours and the projected times for course completion are very accurate. Should an individual require further training to complete a course, then The Great Circle will endeavour, in line with our 'Fast Track' ethos, to ensure that this additional training is completed without delay. In the event of any unforeseeable problems, i.e. an aircraft becoming unserviceable or an instructor illness, The Great Circle will make all reasonable efforts to ensure that replacement aircraft and instructor are made available to minimise disruption. The Great Circle will take no responsibility in the event of any weather related delays. Again, experience has shown that published course completion times are accurate even in winter months. The Great Circle will take no responsibility in the event of any delays relating to the customer which may lead to a delay in the award of a qualification. Daily Start and Finish TimesThe Great Circle will endeavor to complete your course within the published time. This time frame assumes a 'sensible' working day, typically 9.30 am to 5.30pm with suitable breaks in between. Please note, that in summer months and at our descretion, we may fly until late evening! Due to any weather related problems, it may be necessary to operate outside these hours. This is essential to ensure that your course is completed on time. |
